Setting Up Your Account

Your Profile
Managing personal info, medical history, and emergency contacts
Your profile contains important information that helps your care team provide personalized care. Keep it updated to ensure the best service.
Updating Personal Information
- Navigate to Profile from the sidebar menu
- Click on the Personal Info tab
- Update your name, contact details, and address as needed
- Click Save Changes to confirm
Managing Medical History
- Go to the Medical Info tab in your profile
- Add or update your primary diagnosis
- List all medical conditions by typing and clicking "Add"
- Enter any allergies (medications, food, environmental)
- Add current medications with dosage and frequency
- Include any special care instructions
Emergency Contacts
- Select the Emergency Contacts tab
- Add your primary emergency contact with their relationship and phone number
- Click Add Another Contact to include additional contacts
- Ensure phone numbers are accurate and up-to-date

Booking Care
How to request nursing services and choose service types
NoidNurse makes it easy to book nursing services that fit your schedule and care needs. You can choose from a variety of service types and nurse preferences.
How to Book a Service
- Click Book Service from your dashboard or sidebar
- Select the type of care service you need
- Choose your preferred date and time slot
- Select your nurse preference (human, humanoid, or no preference)
- Add any special instructions or notes for the nurse
- Review your booking details and confirm
Available Service Types
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Regular health checks including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
- Medication Management: Assistance with medication administration and scheduling
- Wound Care: Professional wound cleaning, dressing, and monitoring
- Physical Therapy Support: Assistance with exercises and mobility
- Post-Surgery Care: Specialized care following surgical procedures
- Chronic Disease Management: Ongoing support for conditions like diabetes or heart disease

Your Care Team
Viewing assigned nurses and care team members
Your care team consists of nurses and healthcare professionals assigned to provide your care. Get to know them and build a relationship for better care outcomes.
Viewing Your Care Team
- Navigate to My Care Team from the sidebar
- View all nurses currently assigned to your care
- See each nurse's profile, specializations, and certifications
- Check their availability and upcoming scheduled visits
Understanding Nurse Profiles
- Credentials: View certifications, licenses, and training
- Specializations: Areas of expertise and specialized skills
- Experience: Years of experience and patient reviews
- Languages: Languages spoken for communication preferences
- Availability: Regular working hours and schedule
Requesting a Specific Nurse
- Browse available nurses from the Browse Nurses page
- Review nurse profiles and ratings
- When booking, select your preferred nurse if available
- Add them to your favorites for easy future booking
Tip: Building a consistent care team improves care quality. Request the same nurses when possible to maintain continuity of care.
Appointments
Managing your upcoming visits, rescheduling, and cancellations
Keep track of all your care appointments in one place. View upcoming visits, make changes, and receive reminders to never miss an appointment.
Viewing Upcoming Appointments
- Go to Appointments from the sidebar
- See all scheduled visits in list or calendar view
- Click on any appointment to view full details
- Check assigned nurse, service type, and time
Rescheduling an Appointment
- Find the appointment you want to reschedule
- Click the Reschedule button
- Select a new date and time from available slots
- Confirm the new schedule
- You will receive a confirmation notification
Cancelling an Appointment
- Locate the appointment to cancel
- Click the Cancel button
- Select a reason for cancellation (optional)
- Confirm the cancellation
Important: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Same-day cancellations may incur charges.
Tip: Enable appointment reminders in your notification settings to receive alerts before your scheduled visits.
Care History
Accessing past visits, care notes, and treatment records
Your care history provides a complete record of all past visits, treatments, and observations. Use it to track your health progress and share information with other healthcare providers.
Viewing Past Visits
- Navigate to Care History from the sidebar
- Browse visits by date, service type, or nurse
- Use filters to find specific visits
- Click on any visit to view detailed notes
Understanding Care Notes
- Visit Summary: Overview of services provided during the visit
- Vital Signs: Health metrics recorded during the visit
- Observations: Nurse's notes about your condition
- Medications: Any medications administered or adjusted
- Recommendations: Follow-up care suggestions
Exporting Your Records
- Go to your Care History
- Click Export Records
- Select the date range and record types to include
- Choose your preferred format (PDF or print)
- Download or print your records
Tip: Export your care records when visiting other healthcare providers. This ensures they have complete information about your recent care.
Vitals & Health Data

Track your vital signs and health metrics over time. Understanding your health data helps you and your care team make informed decisions about your care.
Viewing Your Vitals
- Go to Vitals from the sidebar
- View your most recent vital signs readings
- See historical data in chart format
- Compare trends over days, weeks, or months

- Blood Pressure: Systolic/Diastolic readings (normal: around 120/80 mmHg)
- Heart Rate: Beats per minute (normal resting: 60-100 bpm)
- Temperature: Body temperature (normal: 97.8-99.1 F)
- Oxygen Saturation: Blood oxygen level (normal: 95-100%)
- Respiratory Rate: Breaths per minute (normal: 12-20)
- Weight: Body weight tracking for health monitoring
Health Alerts
- Receive alerts when readings fall outside normal ranges
- Your care team is automatically notified of concerning values
- Review alert history in your notifications
Tip: If you have a home monitoring device, ask your nurse about integrating it with your portal for automatic vitals tracking between visits.
Messages
Communicating with your care team and managing notifications
Stay connected with your care team through secure messaging. Ask questions, share updates, and receive important information about your care.
Sending a Message
- Navigate to Messages from the sidebar
- Click New Message
- Select the recipient (nurse or care coordinator)
- Type your message and add any attachments if needed
- Click Send
Message Best Practices
- Use messaging for non-urgent questions and updates
- Be specific about your symptoms or concerns
- Include relevant dates and times
- Attach photos if helpful (wound progress, rashes, etc.)
- Expect responses within 24-48 hours on business days
Managing Notifications
- Go to Settings then Notifications
- Choose how you want to receive alerts (email, SMS, app)
- Set quiet hours to pause non-urgent notifications
- Customize notification types (messages, appointments, vitals)
Important: For medical emergencies, always call 911 or your local emergency services. The messaging system is not monitored 24/7 and should not be used for urgent medical issues.

Manage your billing, view invoices, and set up payment methods all from your patient portal. Keep track of your care costs with transparent pricing.
Viewing Invoices
- Go to My Invoices from the sidebar
- View all invoices with status (paid, pending, overdue)
- Click on any invoice to see itemized details
- Download invoices as PDF for your records
Making Payments
- Find the invoice you want to pay
- Click Pay Now
- Select your payment method
- Review and confirm the payment
- Receive confirmation via email
Insurance Information
- Add insurance details in your Profile > Insurance tab
- We will verify coverage and submit claims on your behalf

To reset your password:
- Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your registered email address
- Check your email for the reset link (check spam if needed)
- Click the link and create a new password
- Log in with your new password

Humanoid Nurses: Advanced AI-powered robotic nurses that can perform routine tasks with high precision. They are available 24/7, never tire, and are ideal for consistent monitoring and basic care tasks.
Both types work together to provide comprehensive care. You can set your preference in your profile, or choose during booking.
You can book appointments up to 3 months in advance. For recurring care needs, you can set up automatic scheduling for weekly or monthly visits.
Same-day appointments may be available depending on nurse availability. Check the "Available Today" filter when booking for immediate care needs.
For medical emergencies, always call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
NoidNurse is not an emergency service. Our messaging system is not monitored 24/7 and should not be used for urgent medical issues.
If you experience chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, severe bleeding, or any life-threatening symptoms, seek immediate emergency care.
To update your insurance:
- Go to Profile from the sidebar
- Select the Insurance tab
- Update your provider, policy number, and group number
- Save your changes
For insurance card uploads or complex insurance questions, please contact our billing support team.
Yes! You can request specific nurses when booking:
- Browse available nurses or view your care team
- Add preferred nurses to your favorites
- When booking, select your preferred nurse from the dropdown
If your preferred nurse is not available, you can either choose an alternative or select "Notify me when available" to be alerted when they have openings.
Our cancellation policy:
- More than 24 hours before: Free cancellation
- 12-24 hours before: 25% cancellation fee
- Less than 12 hours: 50% cancellation fee
- No-show: Full charge may apply
Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies. Contact support if you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

- Click "Add Authorized Person"

- They will receive an invitation to create their own login
You can revoke access at any time. All access is logged for your security.

- Rate your nurse: Leave a review on the nurse's profile

Your feedback helps us improve our services and recognize outstanding nurses.
Yes! We serve patients in both urban and rural areas. Our service availability depends on:
- Nurse availability in your area
- Distance from our service hubs
- Type of care needed
Enter your zip code when signing up to see available services in your area. Humanoid nurses can extend our reach to areas with limited human nurse availability.
To delete your account:
- Ensure all outstanding invoices are paid
- Cancel any upcoming appointments
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
- Review what will be deleted and confirm
Before deleting, you can download your health records for your own keeping. Some records may be retained as required by law. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
